The Hot Max VTK-MD is a complete oxy-acetylene welding and cutting kit.  The Victor® Style medium duty torch handle and cutting head are all brass and stainless-steel construction.  Welds up to 1/2” steel and cuts up to 6” steel (requires larger tips which are not included).
